But at ROBUS, we believe you have to think big to achieve big results and the Triumph Slim is proof of that success. This is a fire-rated downlight designed with both electrical contractors and end users in mind.
But what does that actually mean? The Triumph Slim is an attractive recessed light that neatly conceals a colour-selectable switch under a satisfying twist-and-lock IP65 bezel. From the title, it's evident that being a finalist in this category is very exciting. We are proud to be recognised as a leading lighting brand by the Electrical Wholesaler Awards. It’s not an easy category to be considered for but with over 40 years of experience under our belt, we understand and respect the constant evolution required to lead from the front in this industry.
For example, throughout 2022, our continuous efforts to improve quality control processes resulted in an impressive failure rate of below 1% across our entire product range and that success has continued into this year. Moreover, we achieved an outstanding stock availability of over 98% and maintained an on-time dispatch rate of 99%, further enhancing our overall customer experience.
